SASSA Takes Solutions to Fernie Local Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently going to the Fernie two Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render services to your community.

SASSA are going to be rendering providers such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer care enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency explained it can be alarmed regarding the superior variety of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The goal of your Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out into a significant variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“That is a result of the lack of infrastructure status sassa at Fernie and there is no thoroughly functional office dedicated to service the area each day. The provider place sassa produced for intervention activities a superior influx of likely beneficiaries, that makes it difficult for your office to attend to all people who take a look at a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise additional methods to empower the servicing of all customers and maximize usage of Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
